How to make a purchase at the Christmas pop-up store

Hello park lovers! Did you know we are offering online merchandise sales this holiday season?

The holiday pop-up shop is an opportunity to shop some of your favorite Ontario Parks products online.

But don’t delay – the Christmas pop-up shop is a limited time offer and we won’t be restocking items! The pop-up store closes on December 31, 2021.

Here you will find everything you need to know to make a purchase:

Step one: choose your product

Start by visiting our Christmas pop-up store website. On the main page, select Christmas Shop.

This will take you to our full collection of merchandise items. If you’re looking for something specific, you may want to narrow your search by selecting a category on the left side.

We have all your favorites: stickers, patches, passports, buffs, hats, water bottles and more!

Once you have selected an item, click to accept the Terms and Conditions.

Select the Add to Cart button to continue. Items will remain in your cart for 15 minutes.

You can continue shopping or click to view your cart and checkout.

Step two: review your information

Once you’re in your cart, it’s time to review the details of your purchase. If everything is correct, select proceed to payment.

You will be asked to sign in to your account (if you have not already done so) or create an account. This is the same account you use to reserve a campsite on our online reservation service.

Once you are logged in, you will be asked to review your shipping information. Don’t forget to check your shipping address to make sure it’s correct! Click submit to proceed to the payment screen. Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box.

To ensure you receive your order in time for the holidays, we recommend placing your order by December 15 for Canadian customers and December 5 for US customers.

Step three: complete your payment

You will be asked to select your payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit and Ontario Parks gift cards.

If you pay with a gift card, you will need the gift card number and PIN.

Enter your payment information and select apply payment. At this point, you will be charged for your purchase.

Success! You have completed your purchase and we are now processing your order.

The next screen will show your order number, starting with INOP21. Select View Purchase Receipt to view the details of your purchase.

If you missed this screen, don’t worry! You will receive an email with the details of your purchase, including your order number. If you can’t find the email, be sure to check the spam folder in your inbox.

Step four: wait for your package

Your order will be shipped within 5-10 business days after you place it.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your order using the tracking number found in the email.
